The Title X Family Planning program was enacted in 1970 as Title X of the public health service act, public law 91-572 population research and voluntary family planning programs. The Title X mission is to assist individuals and couples in planning and spacing births, contributing to positive birth outcomes and improved health for women and infants.

• Low- or no-cost birth control based on qualifying incomes
• Education on tracking your period to plan or prevent pregnancy
• Pregnancy testing and health guidance for planning a future family
• Women’s and men’s preventative health services in a caring and safe setting
• Annual well women exams
• Male sexual health exams
• Pap smears, breast exams and referrals for mammograms

We offer childhood, adolescent, young adult and adult vaccinations. Each year in the fall and winter, we offer the flu vaccine for individuals 6 months of age and older.

Sexual health can be a very personal subject. That is why we provide private testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases, or STDs.

Test results are available within a few days, and health information is offered during your visit.

We also provide safe-sex kits and a place to have your questions answered without judgment.

HIV Testing: Rapid HIV testing is offered with same-day results.

Each nurse in our clinic is licensed and qualified to provide your child with the right care to keep them healthy through their childhood years. At each visit, your child will receive a full exam, childhood immunizations, and a nutritional assessment. You will receive information about your child’s growth and development and will have all of your questions answered. At the community health clinic, your child’s health is our main concern.

CCHHS  accepts Nevada Check-up, Nevada Medicaid and St. Mary’s HealthFirst. We also accept other forms of payment. For more information about fee schedules and payment options, please contact us at (775) 887-2195.
