The Code Enforcement Division responds to written complaints. Visit ngskmc-eis.net/codeenforcement or go to ngskmc-eis.net/connect to find more information on your complaint topic and click on "Submit Request" to submit a complaint. You may also obtain a complaint form by contacting the Code Enforcement Division at codeenforcement@ngskmc-eis.net or at the office address noted below. Your name and an email address are required to submit a complaint. Your email address allows you to track the progress of your complaint in Carson City Connect at your convenience. However, all complaints are anonymous and your information will not be given out unless you authorize it.
Additionally, the Sheriff's Office Reserve Deputies often provide assistance with parking problems, VIN Inspections, and abandoned vehicle removals. The Sheriff’s Office traffic hotline for leaving messages of traffic or vehicle related issues is 775-283-7882.
